By accessing the SearchUnit website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Pre-launch service
The paid Site Audit product is not yet publicly available. Free tools and the waitlist are provided “as is”, without guarantee of continuous availability.
Permitted use
You may use the free tools to analyze URLs you are authorized to test. You must not:
- use the site for illegal activity or to violate third-party rights;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, bot protection, or access controls;
- submit malicious URLs or data intended to harm the infrastructure.
Intellectual property
SearchUnit trademarks, copy, interface, and methodology belong to their owners. Reports and outputs generated for you may be used internally; do not redistribute the software or brand as your own.
Limitation of liability
Audits and tools provide readiness diagnostics, not promises of rankings, traffic, or AI citations. Business decisions should include human validation and additional data.
Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The last revision date appears at the top of this page.
